Super friendly, quick service! Highly recommend! We were able to walk-in and rent e-bikes for half a day with ease. The team spoke a little English and showed us the route to get to the bike trail with photos and a QR code map. We did a loop from Saumur to
Candes-Saint-Martin, taking the trail along the Loire River and then back again through the hilltops into the village center. E-bikes were in great condition. The team was fantastic, super nice and accommodating. Recommend for everyone!

All the staff were incredibly helpful and made it easy to rent our bikes on-line from the US (via email) answering all my questions and giving us the perfect fit in advance. We rented e-bikes (Gitane)which were great for touring. I highly recommend cycling in the Loire and renting from Cycl'O de Loire: great bikes, location and superb customer service!!

Very kind and generous bike mechanic. In a tight spot on the velo francette- four broken spokes and a broken derailleur cable - on a Monday when all other bikes shops were shut. Despite a busy schedule the owner fixed the bikes and gave us some decent restaurant recommendations to boot. Highly recommend.

The bike team is friendly. We spoke some French, but they could switch to English when we were lost for words.

The bikes were in a good state. We took the common ones.

We could not reach them by phone and would have appreciated some advice on extending the time of bike rental beforehand.
